Terms of Service

Appointment

You can book an appointment via mail/phone or directly via the online platform. When the appointment is made you will receive an confirmation with all the available details.

Cancellation

You can cancel an appointment via mail/phone or directly via the online platform, at any time. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge. Cancellations within a 24 hours period before the appointment will be fully charged.

You can cancel your membership at all time via mail/phone or directly via the online platform, at any time. You can cancel your membership up to 72 hours before the end of your subscription, if you cancel within the 72 hours your membership ( and payment ) will be extended for one more period and automatically will be cancelled after that. You get a confirmation when you end your membership.

Payments

Payments can be done automatically or per separate invoice. The expiration date and details are displayed on your invoice and are stored in your personal account for review.

Software

I am using the coaching software “Virtuagym”. Personal data I process in Virtuagym.

Joey van Tilburg processes personal data about you because you use my services and / or because you have provided this data to me yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data I process;

– Payment details (if applicable)

Why I use your data

Joey van Tilburg processes personal data of customers for the processing of the payment (if applicable), providing the best possible customer experience or providing the services as intended. When creating an account, I also use the data you provide.

The personal data is not stored anywhere other than in the Virtuagym program. Where possible, these contracts include a clause stating that access is not permitted without my consent. In this way , I can verify the reason and check whether this reason falls within my own data protection policy .

Your data will be processed in the Virtuagy program. Virtuagym stores the data with Amazon Web Services in Ireland.

Security

Joey van Tilburg takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.

Virtuagym has a team of information security specialists dedicated to securing your data. Virtuagym employees can only access data if this is necessary for extending a service or if business continuity is at risk. In addition, only people who need access to the data will actually gain access .
